Okay this store needs to be known by more of Buffalo!!! I was researching futon mattresses and discovered the Otis brand is manufactured right here in Buffalo. They sell them on Amazon but i wanted to support local, so I called the store and John took care of everything from start to finish! He helped make me a custom futon with special fabric he wanted to try out and it’s the comfiest thing ever! It was also even cheaper than the online price and it was ready within the week. Their customer service is top notch- everyone I spoke with was so sweet and just genuine, good people. 20/10 recommend for anyone looking for mattresses in the area!
View on GoogleI love my Otis futon- extra firm. Just love it. The best night’s sleep always. My first Otis futon lasted almost 15 years (before the me-shaped depression became pronounced) and my new one (nearly 5 years old now) is just fabulous.
