I went to look for two chairs for my living room and found exactly what I was looking for! The service was fast, the prices were great. A big shout-out to Lily. She helped my sister and me wonderfully.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I was working with the manager, Frank, who promised me a specific deal to close the sale. However, when it came time to finalize the paperwork, he completely went back on his word and denied ever offering the discount. It’s incredibly unprofessional for management to lie to customers just to get them to the finish line. I don’t appreciate the "bait and switch" tactics. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that values honesty.

MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE TO SHOP FOR FURNITURES!!! this store has been an amazing experience from start to finish. they offered the best negotiations by far and truly worked with us based on our needs and budget. as first time customers, we felt genuinely valued and they were patient, understanding, and even made amends where needed to ensure we were completely comfortable and happy with our purchase. we visited nine different furniture stores, and this one stood out above all the rest in terms of customer service, pricing, and overall experience. we have a delivery scheduled for saturday morning, and once everything is delivered and set up, i’ll be updating this review with photos for reference. so far, this has been the best furniture store experience we’ve had, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and honest, flexible service. A BIG THANK YOU TO FOUAD, SAMIR and one other person i can’t quite remember his name!

Very disappointing experience. I paid $325 through Zelle for a couch, and when I returned to pick it up they told me the couch was no longer available and tried to give me a different one. I did not agree to that. They also kept my receipt and now they do not answer phone calls, and every time I go to the store they say the manager is not there. I still have proof of the Zelle payment and I am requesting a refund. If this is not resolved soon, I will be filing a complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.
