I have been doing business with this place Forever I have never been dissatisfied. Customer Service is always top-notch not to mention the quality and the prices are absolutely amazing. Every associate in every department is extra friendly, especially Charlotte Gibson. She is an absolute doll ♥️
View on GoogleThey are over priced but will usually reduce the price so you will buy whatever your interested in sales staff are all very nice and so are the delivery people. Do not buy a mattress from them and expect them to honor the warranty he didn't.
View on GoogleI've been a customer for many years and their customer service is always pleasant and helpful but my most recent purchase was exceptional! From the time we walked in, to the time we left it was a great experience. Our sells consultant, Debbie, was knowledgeable and friendly. The finance department was friendly and the delivery department was quick to assist us in getting our future in our house asap. Overall- a great experience. Easy in and out service with beautiful furniture.
View on GoogleGreat service very friendly. Love my new living room suit and my dining room. I have used Pedigo for 35 years. Stoves refrigerator. Qauitly furniture!
View on GoogleWe started our furniture search 50 miles from our town assuming to find better selection and prices; that was a mistake. From the start the customer service at Pedigo Furniture was top notch. Sarina, our Sales Person, proved to be highly knowledgeable of inventory and manufactures. The store is well stocked with furniture choices in a wide range of price brackets. Delivery was next business day, timely and professional. Slight oversight of product quality on my part and Joseph made it right. This place has definitely earned a repeat customer. So happy with my purchase and experience🤩
