My wife and I went into purchase carpet for a house we are selling. The staff was helpful, they lead us directly to samples of carpet they had in stock. Three days later someone was able to come install the carpet. The installer made sure I was satisfied with the job. The store called me later to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I made a deposit on the carpet, the actual price was $5 more expensive and they told me not to worry about the extra $5. A very good experience!
