I had a great time picking out a mattress, the staff was friendly and knew a lot about their merchandise. I picked out a wonderful, soft mattress and they had one in stock in their warehouse. I ordered it on Saturday and the mattress was scheduled for delivery the following Thursday, anywhere from 2pm to 5pm. They were great about working with family to get it delivered while I was at work. It arrived around 1pm and they took my old mattress. I love buying from Phillips, they have a wide selection of furniture and styles to choose from. Thank you so much!

I only gave a 4 star because having to wait 2 weeks for my mattress to arrive, we had to wait an additional week for delivery. Otherwise I would have given 5. Thanks, we enjoy our furniture.
View on GoogleMy experience was overall good. The only thing I can say is that I wish they had more financing options. A “90 days same as cash” or something would be nice. Or just other financing companies such as Acima or something similar. And perhaps having someone on site that helps with loading furniture, rather than having to wait on the delivery guys to get back from deliveries. Our couch was the display couch on the 2nd floor, and there wasn’t anyone available to bring it downstairs to be loaded, so we had to wait for a phone call and then it was a rush to get there before the guys had to go back on deliveries. They were gracious enough to wait for us to make the two trips to pick up the couch pieces, though, before leaving on their next delivery. Overall, we love our new couch. This is my 2nd purchase from Phillips.
