We purchased another home in Comanche, Texas to be closer to our daughter. This was the closest furniture store. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young lady and she was very helpful. She helped me search for an entire home of furnishings. Also, what they dos not have in stock, she helped me with the online in store system. There I was able to find everything I needed to furnish our entire home. The delivery arrived within two weeks and the delivery men were the most helpful and courteous. They also helped me move my own personal washer from the garage into my home. I have since returned and purchased decor for the home and am headed back next week to find more wall hanging decor and decor for the sofa cabinet. Thank you, I have enjoyed doing business with a local company!

View on GoogleA year to a year and a half ago, I purchased a blue recliner from this business along with a $300 protection/insurance plan. The chair was an appropriate size for me at the time of purchase. Within 24 hours, while in a reclined position, the chair tilted backward and flipped over. I contacted the store immediately. After confirming that the chair was immediately covered and my cat did not sit on it, the store arranged for an inspection. The technician who examined the chair stated that it was defective and missing a component designed to prevent the chair from reclining too far and tipping over. I returned to the store and relayed this information. The technician also explained the defect directly to the store representative. I was offered a replacement chair; however, I was informed that the replacement would need to be a model intended for larger individuals, as I was told my weight was the reason the chair tipped over, despite the technician’s assessment that the chair was defective. To avoid losing the value of the original purchase, I selected one of the larger models and paid an additional $200. The protection plan did not result in a repair, replacement of a comparable chair, or reimbursement. For reference, I am 5’7” and weigh well under 300 pounds. Over time, it became clear that the replacement chair is not an appropriate fit. The chair is significantly oversized, provides poor support, and has contributed to ongoing discomfort. I sought chiropractic care without lasting improvement. More recently, after using a properly sized portable zero gravity chair, I experienced noticeable relief, reinforcing that the issue was related to chair size and fit. In total, I spent approximately $1,000, including the protection plan, and ultimately received a chair that does not meet my needs due to the handling of the original defect. This review reflects my personal experience with this business.
