Our community is fortunate to have pioneer appliances. Our dryer died and the young man who came to try to fix it ,(I think his name was Justin ) was awesome! unfortunately we could no longer get a part for it. So from there I met with Leah who talked to me about the pros and cons of different dryers , I ultimately went back to a speed queen which I had before. The young men, Anthony and Brennen who delivered the dryer , called to keep me informed as to when they would arrive, which is so nice instead of sitting around the house all day waiting for delivery, and once they arrived with the dryer they we very polite and skilled .

I am very happy with my experience with Pioneer from start to finish. Paul greeted me as soon as I walked in and was very helpful with the washing machine I purchased. Richard and Josh delivered it. They were both amazing. Answered all my questions and walked me through all the settings. Pioneer has the best costumer service. Like I said from start to finish. Highly recommend

Delta County is so fortunate to have Pioneer TV and Appliance. I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years and there are solid reasons why! The quality of products they carry are top notch and the service is great as well. It’s wonderful to be able to talk to the same people throughout those years as I have purchased countless appliances for homes and rentals. Chris and Richard just delivered our fridge! Very efficient work and friendly too! They called me twice today to keep me informed on delivery time. They reviewed some of the features with me, made sure every thing was on the correct settings. Really pleased with purchase and delivery!
