We switched out our RV factory mattress with a custom made mattress. We are extremely happy with the fit and the comfort. Luann was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us decide what was best for us. They measured on a Monday and delivered on Wednesday of same week!!!
View on GoogleI have never experienced better customer service in all of my years. Recently I went in to talk about my mattress(I have had many through the years from Pittsburgh)--realizing I had 25 year warranty--Lou Anne made a house call --imagine that! Determining it needed covering tightened a bit--it was picked up in the AM and returned 6 hours later--problem solved--and I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Impeccable service!
View on GoogleMany thanks to Sue (and the owner) for getting me a FANTASTIC deal on the best twinXL mattress I've ever slept on! Outstanding customer service, best we've had in a long while. So much better than any "mattress store" and worth every penny of the extra cost. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!
View on GoogleThey make the beds right there in the store and you can look through the window and watch them while their making a mattress. Their matresses are well made and long lasting and you can try each one in the store before you buy one. The staff are very friendly and the prices are good.
View on GooglePretty darn impressive all the way around. Mattress virtually sold itself with louann's product knowledge. Built there and delivered 3 days later on time. Didn't wait whole day for delivery. Then they come out every 6 months and flip it. Most comfortable mattress ever. Thanks
