The store customer service is so bad. There commitment is just a lie. I bought a product from this store and had an issue with that product. They promised to fix that but they didn’t. Even though they did very mis behaved with me over the phone. I never recommend any one to buy anything from them.
View on GoogleWorst experience ever! They attached two thin boards by scotch tape in the back of the shoe rack we ordered! When we asked them to fix it, they said that’s how all the Americans are buying it! When we asked them to take it back and return our money cause that’s not how shoe racks are built, they misbehaved with us! I would like to recommend everyone never to buy anything from their store!
View on GoogleZero stars. I went in to get a sofa bed and put a small down payment and set a delivery date. On the day of delivery, nobody would answer the phones, finally when a man picked up he spoke no English and said "Pakistan only". I knew this was a no frill kinda place and didn't expect the best, however the service is the absolute worst. Even to greet me in the store, they stare you down and you have to ask them for help. It;s not a good business, one of the worst, I hope they shut down. They are ridiculous and incompetent of running a business!!

View on GoogleMy mother paid for a set of couches and they told her 3 weeks. It has now been 4 months since she has paid and they keep avoiding us and not giving us a time for the couches delivery. This place is a complete scam.
