The sales ladies was wonderful. We went looking for a bedroom set but needed it delivered ASAP because we was leaving to go home the next day. They was able to deliver the bed set that afternoon. The two gentlemen that delivered the bed was very polite, professional, and hard working. Look forward to doing more business with them .
View on GoogleI would honestly give zero stars if possible do not waste your time or hard earned money with this company been waiting for over a month for them to contact me about some terrible furniture ive received and over 3k dollars worth at that..
View on GoogleLove R&B! I’ve owned my entire bedroom suit (queen size bed, night stand, dresser with mirror + chest of drawers) as well as my washer + dryer from them since 2016! Everything still runs and looks great! Also bought a VERY nice sectional from them in 2021 and LOVED it, but had to downsize due to a move. We bought our newest sofa and loveseat from them as well and it’s been great in the new house! Will never shop anywhere else!
View on GoogleIn need of a new mattress and found the perfect one at R & B. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of all the different manufacturers and their models. Financing was easy and painless. I have been completely satisfied and get a good nights sleep to boot.
View on GoogleWell I have to say the sales lady sorry can't remember her name was very and helpful but!! We and my wife got a a 6pc. Set sofa loveseat both have recliners on the end and a big recliner by it's self with end tables and coffee table the first two months after we got the set the big recliner broke and and the following week the loveseat broke we where so disgusted but don't believe there's anything we can do cause we paid cash for the set almost $3000 the set just fell apart always not trying to give them a bad name by any means it's just me and my wife live off of SSA and will probably never be able to afford another set again for the only reason we was able to get the set at that time is we come into a little money but like I said not trying to give anyone a bad name just disgusted and wish we would have shopped around Gwendolyn and Amy Felks
