Railway Freight Furniture

I needed a TV stand for my 75 inch TV that I purchased elsewhere and stopped here to see what they had. I saw a few that I liked and paid cash for it. This is my very first time making a purchase from this store. I asked if I didn't like it, can I return it. She said since the pandemic, they weren't accepting returns, but she'd give me up to 3 days to return if I didn't like the look once I put the TV on the stand. There is NO WAY someone is going to purchase something, get it home, and don't like it and CAN'T RETURN IT!!! 12/28/25 UPDATE! I purchased this tv stand on 12/22/25. It was a stand on the floor that they already had a tv on and apparently several other items over a period of time. No telling how long it has been on the floor and used for other displays. I did ask the sales clerk how much she would sell it to me if I paid cash and seeing it was and had obviously been used. There was not a discounted given at all. As I'm decorating it, I'm noting a lot of scratches on the top and bottom where objects had been slid on it over a period of time. A discount definitely should have been given and I should have observed it more closely before purchasing.

While shopping here I felt really good. I was calm and excited by the way staff treated me. I was not rushed or pushed into making decisions. Staff made sure to help me will all my questions and needs. They all had such an excellent understanding and attitude. I did purchase a living room suite and a recliner. Every one that go there should be able to share a great story of their visit. If you have not been and is looking for a new and kind accent to your home please stop by and you also can share a good story too!!! I LOVE MY FURNITURE. ❤️

The store manager and sales representative at the store went out of their way to assure that we were happy with the product that we are looking at. Wonderful customer service. Very helpful and friendly. They met us quickly and asked if we needed anything when we first arrived. That meant a lot to us because we went to another store and we were never waited on and we were never greeted. Thank you for the great service. We will be back.
