Redder's Showkase

I needed a new washing machine and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different models. They were very kind and accommodating in answering and explaining all the different options available. They had in stock what I was looking for and made purchasing quick and easy. When it was delivered, Chase and Dylan were very cordial and considerate. They went above and beyond to make everything right. After the installation, they went over all the controls and explained how to use them. They gave many helpful instructions and tips to make using the new machine easy and successful. They even cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old machine. I am very happy with their customer service and will definitely use them again when the need arises.

I bought a GE washer and dryer from Redders. I love them! Bill Shaw was a great salesman and very knowledgeable about the machines. Pick up went smoothly. The customer service I received throughout was great!

My experience with Redder’s Showkase was exceptional. We were not able to come to the store to see the various models. Hector gave us suggestions for the best refrigerator for our needs. Our selection was made and was in stock. The price was great too. The delivery was quickly made. The gentlemen that made the delivery were courageous, and worked quickly. They made sure everything was working properly. When it is so important to shop locally, I recommend Redder’s.

My experience with Redder‘s Showkase was more than fabulous! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy, showing and explaining everything with experience and expertise. There was a nice feeling and ambiance in the store. They had a wide range of appliance and bed options and we are very pleased with their service and our purchases! Love that they do the installations to ensure the setup is done right! Highly recommend! Will be shopping there again!

What an awesome experience I have had with ordering our appliance and the delivery from Redder’s Showkase. Charles has absolutely been such a huge support for making our appliance choices, with his knowledge, kindness and never failed to keep the lines of communications open.. Dre and Chase were such a delight to have in our home, for the delivery and install. Their respect and care for both our home and appliances left a very comforting effect long after they had driven away. Shopping with hometown venders is the only way to go. Thank you to all associated with Redder’s Showkase!!!
