Great experience! Friendly staff. Taken care of by one of the owners. Needed a mattress box spring last minute. It was delivered two hours after visiting the store and at a great price. Would definitely recommend Reed Furniture!

I love the furniture store but it’s getting 1 star today because of the lady working there named Katelyn. I have experienced her being rude and short with the other young lady who works there. Katelyn has been rude and even yelled at her when I was there. A terrible display for the business and very awful by of Katelyn. She needs to be fired and replaced by someone who can be nice to the customers and her co workers. Management. Please do something about her. She is very unprofessional with the way she acts.

We ordered a couch, loveseat, chair and ottoman on February 7, 2025 and waited NINETEEN weeks to receive it. We were unable to host Easter, Mother's Day and enjoy our only fireplace due to no furniture for 4 months and 3 weeks. We were told the fabric was on back order. Then the day it FINALLY was going to be delivered we were told the truck was stuck in traffic even though we were told the next day that Reed's received the furniture at 5:30 pm. After 19 weeks you'd think they'd go out of their way just a little and still deliver! Nope! When we asked to be compensated for waiting 19 weeks when we were told we'd have to wait 6-8 weeks we were told it wasn't their fault. So much for dealing with a small business. I would NOT recommend Reed furniture to ANYONE!

My Comfort lift chair motor went out. My wife and I went to Reeds for help even though it was not purchased there. The salesman was so kind. He gave us the phone number of the repair man and we called him and it over a month for him to replace the motor. I tried out a new chair and we bought it. They gave us an excellent price on the new chair and delivered it that same day. I am handicapped and we really appreciated the awesome customer service! Moral of the story is buy local when you can!
