Richey's Furniture

Service in the store and delivery was great. I've bought my son's bunk beds and living room furniture in the past and just bought my son's new bed and he made sure we found what we wanted and on budget. Thank you Jason Coe and delivery staff were very kind and made sure the bed was set up the way I wanted before leaving and made sure they were careful to not hit things on the wall. They also offered to put my sons bedroom door back on. They were ahead of schedule which is always good I'm very satisfied with the he service and will continue to go there for my furniture and recommend them to everyone.

Jason went above and beyond helping us get our home filled back up full of furniture after our house fire, and the two gentlemen that delivered the furniture went above and beyond absolute perfect customer service and very professional yet very friendly. Those delivery guys need a raise whatever they're making isn't enough! Overall great company that offers a great product.

Great Selection, if you find something somewhere else, write down the model info and call Richey's - they can probably get it for less and delivery is included. Very knowledgeable staff. Great warranty service. Upfront pricing, no hassle sales. Every room in our home has furniture from Richey's. It's great to have a quality furniture store like this in our community.

Update: review went from 5stars to 2. Jason told us that our furniture would be at our home in 1-4 weeks but here we are 8 weeks later and no furniture. Called him on 8/7/20 and was told that he would update us on Monday but he was almost certain that our furniture would be there today. Still haven't heard anything! I called beforehand and set up an appointment with Jason. He was extremely nice, very helpful and knowledgeable about ever item in the store. We explained what we were looking for and he took us to the exact items. We were ready to buy in 30 minutes versus spending hours at another store days before. We also spent $500 less than we had planned!

Jessica is the best!! I’ve been trying to find a discontinued nightstand and found it at Richey’s. Unfortunately I’m too far for them to ship to me, but Jessica went above and beyond to help try to find me a distributor in my area. She also provided info on a similar replacement night stand and even checked with a different customer to confirm the color since I’d be buying it sight unseen. Jessica was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Definitely ask for her when furniture shopping! You will not be disappointed!
