Riverside Furniture

We bought the couch over 5 months ago but I've been meaning to well earned review. This place is wonderful. We had such a great experience at Riverside Furniture while shopping for our new couch. The staff was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in, and they really made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. A special shout-out to Terri, who went above and beyond for us. She didn’t just answer our questions—she stayed late to make sure our financing went through smoothly. Her dedication and patience were truly admirable, and it felt like she genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit for our home. If you’re looking for a place where the staff puts you first and offers really comfortable furniture, I’d definitely recommend Riverside Furniture. We’re thrilled with our new couch and grateful for the exceptional service we received!

Very helpful staff. Austin was extremely knowledgeable and very customer focused. He understood exactly what I was looking for and showed me many options. I finally landed on the la-Z-Boy Roman Power Reclining Chair and a Half with lumbar support and Headrest They gave me an excellent price and I was told the delivery would be approx. 8-6 weeks for delivery. However, a week later, they called me and told me time now is about 4 weeks. Overall and great experience and I would definitely go back there for any additional furniture needs. And a shout out to Bobby for all his help as well.

Had a really nice experience here. Was looking for something functional and simple and found just what I was looking for. They were friendly and helpful without being pushy or following us around as a lot of furniture store sales staff does. Got what we needed and it was delivered the next day. Easy and affordable.

Awesome customer service. Terri help me find exactly what I was looking for my elderly mom at a great, affordable price. Good, reliable, recliner chair made in America. From The time that I entered the store, it took less than 20 minutes to have the new chair purchased and loaded in the back of my pick up truck. I’m very pleased.

My mother just purchased a bed for my son. This man blessed her tremendously! He provided a great deal, delivered it that day and sat it up as well. We will forever be grateful for his generosity. My sister also purchased a beautiful living room suit for a very great price. I will be visiting him in the future as well for my furniture needs. Thank you for being a blessing to your community!
