We called the store on a Friday and spoke with Rob told him what we were looking for and he had everything ready for us Saturday when we came to look at it. They had one sent up from their warehouse the very next week and Sean and Braxton did a great job of bringing it into the house and setting it up for us within minutes.
This is truly a great store with many great products.

We had an outstanding experience with Rob. We arrived about 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday, and he welcomed us without hesitation, making it clear he was there to help and not rushing us at all. He was patient, attentive, and communicated everything clearly. Another five-star experience at Roby’s. Thank you, Rob, for your genuine care and assistance—it’s something you don’t come across often these days.

Selection, service and sales price were all awesome! Chuck, our salesperson, did an exceptional job keeping us informed with our furniture order and delivery. While shopping, he listened to our goals and led us to notice items we may have overlooked otherwise. On delivery day, Dylan, Brandon, and Luke worked SO hard to get our pieces into our second story home. All pieces were treated with safety and care. When all was done, I could not have been more pleased! They were ALL so kind, from salesperson to all three delivery crew. Way to go Roby's!!

With the awesome help of the young salesperson, Austin, and the excellent work done by the two delivery guys, Brandon and Sean, we have a lovely new sofa sleeper in our home. All three of these young men were professional, courteous, and personable. Moving the sofa into our home had some difficulties but Brandon and Sean did a great job and kept smiling. It’s nice to interact with such a great staff and do business with a place like Roby’s. Keep up the good work! Thank you Austin, Sean, and Brandon for a job well done.

We purchased a dual reclining love seat that does not work properly. They had their "expert" inspect it and even though one side is VERY hard to operate, if at all, he admitted it was not right, it is technically operable, therefore there's nothing they can do about it. They would take it back but only give us a store credit. If this is the quality of their furniture, we are done dealing with this store. So we have a loveseat that mostly only reclines on one side instead of both sides as intended.
Be careful buying from this store, if you aren't happy with your purchase, don't expect your money back!
