I had such an amazing experience with Rockbottom! The entire process of getting our new couch was incredibly easy and completely stress-free. Bailey and Jenny were so helpful, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I found exactly what I wanted. I showed them pictures of my space and they helped me brainstorm and sent me different options. I think they were just as excited as me! I am absolutely in LOVE with my new sectional! it’s perfect! Bailey even went above and beyond by creating a custom gift card option for my bridal shower with a direct link for guests to contribute toward our couch. This was such a perfect idea! I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience and would recommend them to anyone!
View on GoogleWe went into Rock Bottom with just an idea. I had certain colors and textures we were after and I found just what we were looking for! The girls, and Monte, were absolutely AMAZING! They brought out all the different colors and textures that were available for what kind of couch, recliner and chase we had picked out! We ordered the couch first and then color matched the recliner so we were 100% sure we had the right color. The entire group at Rock Bottom worked to make sure we were satisfied and helped us every step of the way!!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!! This is our 2nd time purchasing furniture from them and their piece last way longer than the local furniture store!!! GO IRISH ☘️
View on GoogleWe just recently bought our first home. They helped us pick out the most perfect sectional for family. We couldn’t be more happy and have received so many positive comments about our sectional.
View on GoogleI would highly recommend this furniture store. We moved to Winona Lake recently and went out just to look, and I am so happy we found this place and bought from them. The staff is SO friendly and a bonus they have a super cute and friendly pup! We can’t wait to get our couch from them! Awesome business and super great people!!
