I recently purchased couches from this furniture store and had a mixed experience. When I called for a few questions a woman I spoke with was very nasty and her attitude was quite horrible, which was disappointing. However, the loading team was absolutely amazing! Noah and the other gentleman did a fantastic job bringing the couches inside, and Paul was absolutely delightful throughout the process. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out and made a big difference. Overall, while the customer service over the phone was poor and definitely needs worked on and addressed , the delivery team’s excellent service helped balance out my experience.

Staff were extremely helpful. So many different options to choose from. The delivery guys were also great and very careful with the furniture. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

We ordered a special bed frame and mattress set from them, gave it what I thought was enough time and got told it would be here at a certain time and wasn't, I understood it would take time and the time of year. But the woman who answered my calls and when I went in even got snippy. Finally got the bed and mattress set and the box spring is to tall. I could understand all the hiccups but to be treated and talked down to by the woman that was unexceptable. We pay on our bill every month and may not be upper class, but come on treat people with respect, because we treated the people there with respect and kindness. Get rid of the snarky, unprofessional lady or give her 101 on customer service. At least Paul and the young men have some respect for customers.
