From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and handled everything with great care. They made the entire process smooth by delivering and placing each piece exactly where it needed to go. What truly stood out was their willingness to go the extra mile. It wasn’t just a delivery, they made sure everything was set up just right, and that level of service made a real difference. Because of their outstanding work, I am truly a happy customer. I had such a great experience picking out my bed and dresser for my new home at Room to Room. They had so many choices and styles. Everyone was so helpful-they even moved furniture around the showroom so I could look at pieces together. A special shout out to Austin in helping me wrap everything up in my final choice AND for the delivery guys, Channing and Chris! They made light work of a big job being very cognizant of keeping my floors clean and not scratching the furniture it my walls. They were greatly appreciated!

We had a wonderful experience buying a new sofa and chair from Room to Room. Jeff helped us with finding just the right pieces four our space. He came out to the house and measured our room then sent me a floor plan of how the furniture would best fit in the space. When we shopped for the furniture he gave us plenty of time to look on our own without hovering over us, but was there when we needed him. As far as the delivery, we had Montrell and Channing who were so polite and courteous. They were very professional and took extra care not to bump anything when moving the sofa and chair in. They even put a door protector on the front door. We were highly satisfied with the service we received at Room to Room and would definitely buy from them again!

Very helpful sales team. Showed me just what I was looking for. Delivery team, Channing and Montrell, were excellent. They handled the furniture carefully and placed it as I asked. They also volunteered to set up electrical connections, going above and beyond what was expected.
