Royal Furniture Of Port Jervis, NY

I purchased a bedroom set for my daughter a few weeks ago. Aubry was amazing to work with and extremely patient. We shopped around a little bit from places online and Ashley's furniture in Middletown NY. Royal furniture gave us a better deal and the delivery and set up team did a great job. I bought the bedroom set on a Friday night and they delivered it the next day. Great experience, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

This is my second time ordering from Royal Furniture. Post-COVID-19, I discovered that furniture companies with high-quality furniture have gone down. I found Royal Furniture still carries the quality and durability that are now missing at other furniture stores. For not much more money, I can customise furniture to my liking and the quality I expect. To finish it off, they provide free friendly delivery. I can not ask for anything else. It's a great team, from the showroom floor to the delivery team.

We bought a bedroom set, which was absolutely gorgeous! We love everything about it, it was worth the 4 month wait while it was being made. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating, is that if I didn't call, I would never have known about the delays. An update from them would have been appreciated.

After experiencing the highs and lows of furniture shopping (mostly lows) as well as mostly low quality, we received a recommendation to meet with Aubrey at Royal Furniture. Not only a knowledgeable and experienced consultant, but her patience was exceptional! We selected a couch, loveseat and console for the living room and they were delivered this past Saturday. The delivery men were cautious, respectful and had the pieces in place quickly. We are thrilled with the entire experience and thank everyone at Royal Furniture for their help in making this happen!

We have purchased various types of furniture from Royal Furniture over the years. It is an old school furniture store. That in itself makes it special. We have not been disappointed. Our last purchase was an electric fireplace to replace an older style fireplace. It was delivered, as promised and on time. The quality of the product exceeds our expectation. While the electric portion was made outside the country (as is likely all electric components) the rest was manufactured in the USA. Shop local. That is easy to do when you buy from Royal Furniture.
