Came into store by coincidence and thank you God for Leo helping my elderly grandparents whom only speak Spanish went above and beyond to make our experience easy and quick very professional thank you so much to Leo and his team for making this process easy for my elderly grandparents and for understanding they are on a fixed income along with all their needs.

So i had been looking for a mattress at an affordable price , stopped by rudys and as soon as me and my wife entered , the best customer service experience ever! Rudy himself the legend came up to greet us , asked us what we were looking for and within what price range? We told him we needed something affordable but with memory foam , rudy immediately locked us in with a great deal $$$ . A very nice king mattress, that has memory foam and other great material in it , honestly i think the deal he gave us was amazing very very affordable and well within the price range we had gone into looking for. Not even 10 minutes there and we bought a perfect mattress, now we didnt have a truck to take it in, rudy said “ no problem i got you guys” and he dont deliver sundays so an exception made just for us!! Great first impression mr rudy, i will definitely recommend your store to everyone i know ! Thank you god bless 🙏 😇

We are disappointed with the cooling mattress that you sold us. I have not had a good night's sleep since when we bought it because the mattress makes me sweat. I have never had night sweats before, and I'm 73. We bought a mattress cover but that didn't help. I even bought a new nightgown, but I still sweat. We know that getting a good night's sleep is important for one's health, but I'M NOT GETTING A GOOD NIGhT'S SLEEP! 😕 We recommend you buy your mattress at a store that offers a return policy like Lacks, Ashley, and Mattress Firm. Rudy's doesn't even though we went in person to tell him if we could exchange it.

Leonel was extremely nice and helpful. I recommend him if you go by in Eagle Pass or Uvalde!
