Update: Called Rushmore again to take a look at my dishwasher that suddenly had a mind of its own. They were able to come out the next day and get it up and running. Really glad to have this service and the knowledgeable staff here in on town. Repair and reuse! Had trouble with my 6 yr. old washer and gave Rushmore a call Monday afternoon. They were able to come out the very next morning! They called before hand as he was on the way. The tech was very nice and fixed it quickly! Fair price...I was so grateful! Highly recommended. If I ever need anything again, I will be certain to call. Office and the tech person were very nice. So grateful!

View on GoogleExcellent service. Was greeted with a welcome hello and if there was something they could help us find as soon as we entered the facility. Our sales person was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.The delivery staff was very nice and gave us instructions of how to work our new dishwasher. One of the great features is that we didn’t have to wait many weeks before we could have our dishwasher delivered. We Will certainly go back to Rushmore. Many years ago, when we purchased our house we went to Rushmore and we never got a greeting or how can we help you. If it wasn’t for one of your past staff member that we knew for many years (Amy) who told us how great you guys are we would have not tried Rushmore. Thanks to her we are glad we did!
