Looked at in-stock inventory and found 3 couches we liked. We traveled 55 minutes to the store to just go in and have the kind lady tell me that not everything that says in-stock online is there which baffled me so she then recommended me to go down the street to American Freight instead of trying to keep my business. If it didn’t say in-stock online I would’ve never went. Honestly horrible experience. Here’s your website since you said you guys don’t have any inventory that’s online and not at your store. Your employee even told me that your website is screwed up.

Ashley furniture is cheapest worst built furniture on the planet. Bought a brand new chair that didn't even last 2 weeks before it started to break down. And Sav-On doesnt do returns or exchange, just factory warranty. Great customer experience. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET MY MONEY.

Went looking for a mattress, sales lady asked if she could help!!! I said yes we need firm and no memory foam!! Ended up picking one out get it home and it’s memory foam!!! Called to return and 35% restocking fee!!! Wow!!! Ridiculous!!! Will never buy there again and will let anyone know how ridiculous return process is!! It would have been nice to have been informed of it.

Bought 2 identical recliners about a year ago, one of them the back support came loose. Called the store and they said no problem bring it to the store for repairs. A day later it was ready and it was fixed. Thanks to the guys in the back for great customer service!
