Great selection in store and very helpful associates. Rebecca helped us SO much. She spent hours with us helping us pick out not only the right furniture but the right colors, too. She also helped us pick out a great tempur-pedic bed. Rebecca and Randy in the Peoria store were both great help. Exceptional customer service. The delivery guys are exceptional, too. They moved my old furniture to the garage, brought in the new furniture and cleaned up after themselves. This is the second set of furniture we’ve bought from Sherman’s.
View on GoogleRebecca was extremely helpful.explaining everything about our new bed purchase! She was able to set up a delivery day that works for our schedule as well. Thank you for all your help!
View on GoogleIan provided excellent service and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I spoke with him twice, and each time he was very helpful and patient. I really appreciated that he didn’t pressure us into making a purchase, which made the experience much more comfortable. I would definitely consider working with him again if I need more furniture in the future.
View on GoogleI have been very satisfied with Sherman's customer service and installation of pervious orders of appliances. They have great repair service also. After having a bad experience with another appliance store I go the extra miles to purchase at Sherman's.
View on GoogleThank you Nick for your help.. the washer is great, but one thing im short and trying to get that lone sock at the bottom is a comedy show.. love smelling fresh clothes.
