We had such a great experience with Silica from beginning to end. We walked in not knowing exactly what we wanted or how we were going to make everything come together, but Tom was fantastic. He took the time to guide us through the process, helping us find the perfect piece and making sure we felt confident in our decision. Brian and Kevin handled the installation, and honestly, that was the easiest part! They were professional, helpful, and took the time to explain what we needed to do next and how to use our new appliance. Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth for us. What felt like a complicated project was turned into a simple, stress-free solution. We are so grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend Silica to anyone looking for a team that truly goes above and beyond! :)

My wife and I were in a tough position last Wednesday night when the top hinge of our older refrigerator failed causing the door and the items on it to come crashing to the floor. We duct taped the door back into place so that the food would be refrigerated. At 9:00 AM Thursday, we met with a knowledgeable salesperson named Cameron. He guided us through the selection process and by 2:30, the old fridge was gone and a new one was installed including water and an ice maker! The care and urgency shown by Cameron, Silica and the team were remarkable! Thank you!

Every part of my Silica experience was excellent. As soon as I walked in the store, Brian greeted me and helped me through the process of purchasing a refrigerator and microwave. He was very knowledgeable about all of the models I looked at and was able to answer all of my questions. I received a call from Julie the day before delivery, so I knew exactly when to expect the Silica truck. The delivery went very smoothly and Mark and Kevin worked as a great team throughout the whole process. They explained various settings on both appliances and answered all of my questions. From start to finish, every person that worked with me was very kind and friendly. It's experiences like this that keep me coming back to Silica time and again. Thank you, Silica!

Our specialst, Brian, had excellent knowledge on the various products we required based on our needs. We personally did not need the same brand for each appliance as we'd rather have a close match of style that met what we wanted. Delivery flexibility was fantastic and that team was so accommodating. We love all of the appliances ordered and they look great together! Thanks Silica team!

We built a new home in Kiel and after our local appliance store had a tragic fire, Silica stepped in an agreed to service all purchased appliances. That was 12 years ago and now those originals are wearing out. As things break, we are replacing with appliances from Silica. The store is clean and well organized with a nice selection and a wide range of prices. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy at all. Mark and Kevin did an excellent job delivering, installing, and providing instructions. And the good news is that we will now bring able to play Ping Pong again! 🤣
