Silver Moon Furniture

Bought a sectional couch there less than a year ago and have issues with it now. Sent them emails to get clarification with answers and no response at all.

Huge place, great variety, friendly staff -all sorts of treasures from antique to unique and useful items

Nice furniture at a great price.

Unfortunately have had a bad experience. Purchased a recliner in March 2020, the reclining mechanism is broken, stopped into store to ask about their repair person, was told that I would have to call them on my own, since the warranty was only for a year, and it was expired. I called and sent text messages, to the repair person - no response. Silver Moon made aware, said they would handle it after several phone calls -still no response, very very disappointed. Will NOT purchase from there again. UPDATE--I appreciate the response and I think this will be helpful info for other customers to have before they purchase furniture from you. In the future.

Great antiques store! One star taken off because the cashiers never wear masks even though they're required to according to signs on the door, and many customers don't either. It's never fun to dodge the coughing, maskless customers while trying to shop.
