I would not post one star if there were an option. I ordered a lift chair for my Mother. We waited 90 days and THEY ordered the wrong color. We tried to "Make it work" for four days. We both despised the color so much that we could not. I finally contacted them after only 4 days. The seat still had tags, nobody ever smoked in the house, the chair was spotless. They did nothing. Not to even mention the price was too high, as I did see the chair in another location at a later date for less. The price was not the problem. They absolutely definitely ordered the WRONG color. I will now start reading through every single line of everything. Beware... nice people do not always treat you nicely after they have your money. 😡😪

Yes, he came out and fixed my chair,the next day after i called, appreciate that so much. I have been buying from them since 1993 my mom has bought up to four of the recliners at one time and they lastes forever. This one is verry comfortable for my back , thank you so much, very nice people

Great experience. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Easy wheelchair accessibility into showroom. Delivery was on schedule. Pleased with my new recliner. I highly recommend Sit 'n Sleep if you are looking for a lift recliner.

Very helpful. Highly recommended. We entered the store 5 min till closing time. And the salesman said no rush take your time. He sold my wife on my favorite recliner ever. She is a hard sell lol. Ended my never ending search. Ill recommed to all my friends and some of my enemies haha. Reasonably priced leather recliner!

Less than 48 hours after first walking into the store & meeting Phil, I'm sitting in my most comfortable recliner ever. Phil & the rest of the store staff were friendly & informative. Two friendly & helpful young men just delivered & installed my new Flexsteel leather electric recliner & hauled off the remnants of my old chair. My wife just showed me where she wants to put the matching recliner/sofa in our living room. We're more than pleased with our purchase from Sit n'n Sleep!
