Don and his team were amazing! We purchased 8 beds for our cabin and Don gave us a great price on very high quality mattresses that our guests have been raving about. Don was accommodating, communicative, and followed through on the whole process. High integrity business that provides great value with a straightforward approach.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Sleep Experience was too good not to share. I’d been mattress shopping for weeks and felt overwhelmed by all the options—until I came here. We were in the market for a new mattress and Adil was very helpful. He guided us through the store and showed us the mattresses that were the best fit for us and within our budget. He was patient and gave us the time we needed to make a decision. He gave us a great deal on a mattress and adjustable frame. We have had the mattress for about a month now and love it. Would highly recommend this store.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We purchased a mattress here a couple months ago. We quickly determined that the one they shipped us was much softer than what we had laid on in the store. Unfortunately, between our purchase and the time we contacted the store for options, the store had been purchased by a man named Adil. Adil convinced us, against my better judgment, to have the manufacturer ship us another of the same mattress, since ours seemed to be defective. He told us, in text messages, that if we determined the new mattress was still not right, he would honor the store's 100 day sleep trial and we could still swap for a different brand. We tried the new one for a while but it isn't great, so we contacted him to swap to something else, and he has been giving us the run around. He is demanding $1400 to make the swap (but refuses to give us a breakdown of costs) and his texts have become increasingly hostile. He has now said the store is closing for good and that he will not be available to discuss this with us anymore. We don't know if this is true or if he's just trying to make us go away. It's really sad because our sales associate, Tony, is very nice and helpful and we've heard the previous owner was great. Now we are out $2250 and are stuck with a marshmallow mattress.

Great customer service!!! They have a wonderful selection of mattresses that you won't find at other stores. You can't shop for a mattress online!!! It was very nice to go try brands like Leesa and Helix that are usually only sold online to make sure we found the right fit. Doug and Don were very patient with us, giving us the time and space to try the beds while still answering all our questions. Would recommend you visit this store if you are looking to try out different mattresses before you commit to something online, you will not regret it.
