I ordered the platinum series king bed and it it wonderful. The sync cable is super nice so I didn’t have to play with the remotes. They both function the same It is for sure heavy to move so have a friend to help move it into place. It is an amazing bed and I slept wonderfully for the first time in a very long time. Love the massage function and the neck tilt too. The platinum has the wall hugger function and it is great that you don’t have to reach back for your nightstand when you’re sitting up. And the customer support is excellent and they arranged the shipping date and times really nicely. Dan was very helpful! They even refunded my purchase of the bed rails brackets that I didn’t need for the headboard I purchased without needing to send it back. Great communication and an excellent product! And it’s also really cool watching how quick the mattress expands! Like magic. I will enjoy this bed for the rest of my life I am sure!

I had been researching adjustable beds and came across Sven & Son's on Amazon. They had a president sale on and I had a lot of questions. Connected with Shannon aka sleep expert at Sven and he walked me through all my questions explaining wall hugger, zero clearance, bed frames compatibility, massage etc. I ordered and it was delivered in days! Our daughter had an unexpected emergency heart surgery and we were encouraged to bring her home verses placing her in a nursing home. We bought the XL twin bed and it has worked out beautifully. It was important to us, not to have a hospital bed within the house, as she is still young. The legs were a little high for her, however we ordered shorter ones. She is recouping well, and enjoys the Sven & Son bed. It really is handy and comfortable. I really want to give it a five stars but the app is acting up.

I ordered at split king adjustable bed from Sven & Son’s. One of the remotes stopped working shortly after arrival. The company was extremely helpful with diagnosing the issue and delivering a replacement part. Communication was excellent.
