We are incredibly thankful for the outstanding shopping experience we had at Sleep Outfitters. From the moment we walked through the door until the moment we checked out, Kameron provided exceptional care and service every step of the way. He started us off with a personalized bed test that gathered data to help identify the mattress types best suited for us. From there, he thoughtfully guided us through a variety of options that would work well for us as a couple, making the entire process easy, informative, and enjoyable. We ultimately purchased the luxurious hybrid Brenham II mattress, a mattress protector, the adjustable Somos bed base with moving features, the extended warranty, and the amazingly cool and soft Tempur-Pedic Breeze sheets, and we couldn’t be happier with our choices. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Kameron himself. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. No question ever felt rushed or overlooked, and his professionalism and genuine care for his customers were evident from beginning to end.
