I purchased a bed and a mattress for my 95 year old mother and found that Deb and James were extremely helpful. My mom decided she wanted a different mattress and James helped me get the right mattress for her; he even lowered her bed a bit for her. He was outstanding! He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. I highly recommend this store to get quality beds and mattresses, plus they are very caring people and want to please all of their customers!!

I tried ordering my furniture from here. I was told 3-6 weeks. By week 9.5 I still had not received anything. They had not contacted me at all. I called many times from week 7-9. I got a few different employees who told me they didn’t have access to my order but that they would call me back. I never once received a call back. When I called to cancel the order, the lady who answered acted like she couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough. No apology about the absurd wait or anything.

My 87 year old dad ordered and paid for a mattress set a couple of months ago. He’s in the hospital now and is asking family members to find out where his mattress is. I was going to stop into the showroom and ask about it, and discovered the showroom is closed. The website hasn’t been updated to reflect that, nor has the voice mail message for the business phone number listed online. We can’t get anyone to call us back or let us know if or when his mattress will be delivered. So as of now, my elderly dad is out hundreds of dollars and is stressed out, which is the last thing he needs! Not a way to run a business!!!!

I purchased a table from them. They had to order it along with the chairs back in November 2024 the table and chairs came in, but the table top had a defect. I have called several times and have been told by a few employees that Debrah would be calling me She has yet to call me. I have called there since then and she has answered and she’s told me that she will give me a call back. She has yet to do so. I will never spend any money with this company again.

Ordered a couch and loveseat set September 3rd of this year. Was originally told 4-6 weeks. After that timeframe had passed, I spoke with someone at the store who told me the couches were on a truck headed to the store. They would verify with the manager and have management call me to give a set date. When the manager called they said that no employee told me the couches were en route and one was back ordered. I was told another 2-3 weeks at that point (this was on 10/24). 3 weeks went by and nothing. I called multiple times on Wednesday 11/14 and also 11/15 before physically going to the store around 4:30 where I was notified that they couldn’t track the information until Monday (11/18) and promised to call me. I have yet to hear anything on 11/19 and would highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. Will be going in store tomorrow to ask for a refund for my wasted time.
