Slumberland Furniture

In a sling with injured arm, I tried out a few electronic recliners. The sales person was totally patient & helpful to help show how the 'remotes' worked with each of the chairs. She listened to what amenities I was looking for in a purchase. She was great! She described other options available during sales time. She was not pushy, just polite & caring about the clients choices.

I’ve been meaning to get a new end table for a year. Seth was great- he thoughtfully and efficiently helped me navigate their huge selection until we found EXACTLY what I was looking for. On clearance too!

Update: 03/01/2026 Our couch was infested with Cockroach eggs. They hatched and spread all over our beautiful completely remolded home. The exterminator found the source inside the couch. The cushions are sagging & wrinkled worse now. Day 1 we were unhappy with the couch apperance. Its 1,000xs worse now! I refuse to sit on my 1,500$ couches. I feel like i have bugs crawling on me all the time. My kids had Cockroaches crawling on them while napping. Disgusting 3rd world country couches! Where are my pictures? I posted pictures the day the couch was delivered with saggy, wrinkled cushions in Day 1? All my pictures & updates are gone? Reviews are for the public to hold buisinesses accountable! Why has my original review been removed? That is completely dishonest. They want people to buy furniture based on the display. You dont get what your paid for! Absolutely horrible furniture. The 1st week we noticed cushions were not full Cheap materials horrible customer service. I posted pictures & details on my 1st review. Still having same issues. They sent delivery guys last year to stuff cushions with cotton fabric. We were having issues the 1st day we received the delivery. Extremely disappointed my review vanished. We spent alot of money on these couches. They are cheap not made well. The come from the worst 3rd world country in the world! Not made in America we found all materials mainly from India. We had cockroach eggs in the couch.

We had a wonderful experience at Slumberland in Eveleth, MN. The salesman, Kevin, was amazing. We let him know what we were looking for and what our budget was, and he was able to help us find the perfect bed. He is super knowledgeable about the products and just an all around good guy. Give this man a raise!

Laure gave us a friendly greeting as we entered the store. She was very helpful in showing us exactly what we were looking for. She was also very patient with us when we told her we had to think about the purchase and weren’t ready to buy at the time. We would recommend Laure to our friends!
