Over the years, we have bought many pieces of furniture from various stores, but the customer service we received at Smith’s Furniture was truly the best we have ever experienced. Unlike many furniture retailers, we never felt pressured to make a purchase. Our sales associate, Imagene, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. She gave us the time and space to explore our options and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We were so impressed with the store and the service that just a few weeks later, we returned to purchase a lift chair. Both experiences exceeded our expectations. View on GoogleI love doing business at old established family businesses. They sell top quality furniture and are so friendly. So much better than doing business in Lexington at Lazy Boy where they will not help with a warranty issue because I "live out of the service area".
View on GoogleFirst time visiting this furniture store and was very impressed by the variety. We where in need of a recliner since ours was broken down on its way out. We ended up finding a reclining love seat to take its place. I've also fallen for several dining sets they have available and debating going back for a second purchase. This place has it all and reasonably priced. To be close to home is also a plus. Seems it's hard to find furniture stores close by that aren't overpriced but Smiths Furniture is a must visit. Employees where extremely helpful. They didn't follow us around tryin to make a sale but was easily fount if we had any questions. Highly recommend checking them out.
