Snoozhouse

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, patient. We told the salesman what we were looking for and he proceeded to show us our options without any high pressure sales tactics. He took the time to show us all of the available options and even demonstrated all of the beds as we were looking at adjustable beds. He even took his time to talk to us about future purchase of a couch and there was no rush. Would definitely be back for future purchases. GREAT TEAM at Snoozhouse of Warrenton

We recently purchased an adjustable bed and mattress, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff took the time to thoroughly explain the features and benefits of the different options, providing an educational and informative dialogue that helped us make a confident decision. There was never any pressure to buy—just knowledgeable guidance and genuine care for finding the right fit for our needs. The adjustable bed and mattress have been a wonderful investment, and we are extremely pleased with both the product quality and the outstanding customer service. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a comfortable sleep solution and a professional, customer-focused experience.

Very attentive service! The gentleman that was there was assisting someone else but he acknowledged us, and when his other customer was busy he stopped by just making sure we were okay and “making ourselves at home”. He told us about the furniture (which was great quality) and that we could choose different fabrics etc. He was very knowledgeable, gave us various options and asked us to try various pieces before making a final decision. We ended up getting a sectional and a bed and we were very pleased with the process!

Snoozhouse never disappoints. As an incredibly meticulous customer, I am notoriously strict and uncompromising when it comes to materials and chemical exposure. My body immediately reacts to substandard craftsmanship or synthetic off-gassing, leaving zero room for error. After a thorough consultation with Rana, he deeply understood my health concerns and expertly guided me toward a custom, all-natural organic mattress tailored precisely to my needs. When the order arrived, I went to the showroom to test it out. My nose acts like a human detector for toxic chemicals, but the moment I laid down, I was blown away. The scent was incredibly pure, gentle, and comforting—identical to the premium Naturepedic EOS mattress I previously owned. There was absolutely zero irritation, no unpleasant odor, and zero allergic response. The artisanal craftsmanship and structural integrity of the mattress are top-tier. To top it all off, the efficiency was staggering. On the very same afternoon I tested it, their team executed a flawless, white-glove delivery and in-home installation. This isn't my first purchase here either; I have bought several major furniture pieces from Snoozhouse over time, and not a single item has ever let me down. Everything is ultra-safe, impeccably built, and proudly Made in the USA. I will wholeheartedly continue to support premium local independent businesses like this one. They offer true value for money and an exceptional level of dedicated, one-on-one personalized care. You simply cannot find this kind of warmth, honesty, and expertise in massive corporate chains, which often feel cold and hide hefty markups behind generic service. I will definitely be a lifelong customer and return here for future home investments. Thank you to Rana and the phenomenal, professional team at Snoozhouse!

Snoozehouse was a welcome recommendation. We were in need of furniture and a bed for our Mom, who was entering assisted living situation, and we needed it quickly. Their assistance and advice was very helpful and a quick delivery date was set and delivered and set up, in three days. We so impressed with the Snoozehouse product and prices that we ended up buying ourselves a new mattress. We experienced another efficient delivery set up by a friendly delivery crew. After each delivery we received a call from Snoozehouse to make sure we were satisfied with set up, etc. 👍
