The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, patient. We told the salesman what we were looking for and he proceeded to show us our options without any high pressure sales tactics. He took the time to show us all of the available options and even demonstrated all of the beds as we were looking at adjustable beds. Very attentive service! The gentleman that was there was assisting someone else but he acknowledged us, and when his other customer was busy he stopped by just making sure we were okay and “making ourselves at home”.
He told us about the furniture (which was great quality) and that we could choose different fabrics etc. He was very knowledgeable, gave us various options and asked us to try various pieces before making a final decision. We ended up getting a sectional and a bed and we were very pleased with the process!

Snoozehouse was a welcome recommendation. We were in need of furniture and a bed for our Mom, who was entering assisted living situation, and we needed it quickly. Their assistance and advice was very helpful and a quick delivery date was set and delivered and set up, in three days.
We so impressed with the Snoozehouse product and prices that we ended up buying ourselves a new mattress. We experienced another efficient delivery set up by a friendly delivery crew.
After each delivery we received a call from Snoozehouse to make sure we were satisfied with set up, etc. 👍
