I wish there was a red flagged symbol followed by 5 stars. obviously I would have checked the red flag and not give even 1 star. I ordered 93 Queen and 22King box spring from them hoping all will be the standard size of 9 inches. I had to pay the full amount before getting the delivery. But when we started unloading the truck, first few box spring were 9 inches but latter we realised that they have sent different sizes starting from 5 inches, 6, 7,7.5,8,8.5and very few 9 inches. And I only received 91 Queen instead of 93 Queens. I spoke to the supervisor saying that we will not take delivery of the boxes which are less that 9 inches but he requested saying that the truck needs to be emptied as he needs to pick up a full load and he will latter exchange the mattresses. But the next day when I called, they refused to keep up their word and said I need to pay $1500 more and wait for more then a month for them to send the 9 inch boxes. I wasted weeks to sought this out but only wasted my time and energy. I am taking time to write my bad experience so that others can be more careful while dealing with companies like them.
