Allan and Jessica were phenomenal help! We came in looking for a couch and they helped us with all the information we needed. Both Allan and Jessica were so great to give us some space and time, and they seemed to know when to do that without my husband and I saying a word. We also brought our two young boys into the store and though I can’t say they were on their very best behavior they were never once treated like a bother. So grateful for the fantastic service and experience
View on GoogleJoe Lujan helped us both times we came into the store, the first time to scout about and the second to buy the chair we’d fallen in love with. He was very helpful while we were looking and answered all our questions, and somehow managed to check in on us as we browsed without making us feel uncomfortable. Some people in other stores have made us feel guilty when we tried to sit in the chairs, by how they kept pushing and watching us go around the store, but Joe put us right at ease. I didn’t even feel awkward when he came around the corner to find me fully reclined and in danger of falling asleep in the chair I loved! We haven’t picked it up yet, but I am confident that this chair is perfect for us, and if all the salespeople at Ashley’s are as good as Joe is, we will definitely be back when we need a new bed. 😊
View on GoogleAlan gave us info that we never knew before after several visits to this store and was extremely helpful with finding the exact couches we were looking for. Many thanks!
View on GoogleJoe Lujan is always super helpful & attentive every time we come in. Love working with him. 10/10
View on GoogleI love our location here in Graham County and the fact that I don't have to go out of town for good priced furniture. We shop during their sales and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. This time we bought our dinning table and Joe was extremely helpful when it came to answering questions. He even pulled off the leaf attachment so we could measure it and make sure it would be a good fit. As a Realtor in the area I always recommend my clients to pay them a visit when it comes time to fill their new home with beautiful furniture.
