Terrible experience paid full price for a floor model the pillows are ripped the ones zipper don’t close shut we we’re originally supposed to just get a new one shipped in they said 2 weeks we waited 3 had no couch came yet so they gave us the floor model without telling us there was problem and not giving us a discount for a used couch. Terrible place 100% do not recommend they are a scam

Horrible customer service. I ordered my furniture from them and was told 3-4 weeks for delivery. The man in the store barely acknowledged us until we came to the front desk to place the order. He reluctantly came to the back with us so we could show him which pieces we wanted. He filled out the paperwork and sent us on our way with the impression it would be no longer than 4 weeks for my furniture. I called at 4 weeks to check on it and they told me it would be at least 3 more weeks. I called again at 7 weeks and was told it will “probably, almost definitely” be in the next week. When I confronted them about the wait time the man avoided taking responsibility for anything. He said the time frame we were given was the best estimate of when it would be at the time. The way the man worded it did not imply that it was more of an estimate than a firm time frame. When I asked why I haven’t received any updates regarding the delivery other than when I called I was told there’s no way they can contact every customer about orders. I believe they could easily install a reminder system to keep customers updated but they just don’t feel like trying. When I emailed about the problem, I was replied to with a very vague estimate of when the furniture would be in, not addressing any of the issues. It just seems that all of the employees here are lazy and don’t care about anything but getting paid. The only good thing about this whole experience was the delivery company they used was awesome and the guys were super nice. Not even the same company so I’m not sure I can even give them credit for that

I walked in and bought a floor lamp 136$ and they said within 2 weeks they would have it, it never came. I tried getting my money back and the owner said he don't have my money and that he is going bankrupt soon and will close the doors. It's been 3 months and I still have yet got my lamp or my Money back guess what they are still open! They can pay their bills but not their customers!! I will NEVER shop there again!! Go elsewhere

Do not purchase furniture here nothing about this place is “speedy” and the customer service is horrible and disrespectful. We were originally quoted 3 weeks for our furniture and waited almost 6+-7 weeks for our furniture. They also were not able to give us an accurate delievery time as he needed to contact his “guys” multiple times and we still never heard anything back. We had to continue calling in order to get answers, which were essentially just lies and the guys way of beating around the bush. We finally went in to pick up our furniture on our own and took a floor model for our chair which they told would be an additional month for. We received little to no discount with a whole lot of attitude. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The wife and I purchased a pillow top mattress from Speedy. It is by far one of the most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on. I see that there have been several complaints about time of delivery. If I recall correctly the owner subcontracts for delivery to keep his cost low.
