11/14/2025: My friend and I went furniture shopping for a condo she purchased in Galveston. I was shocked how big this pace was inside. They have a great selection of, well, everything! Jo was our sales associate. She was very helpful and made great suggestions. We didn't get to the store until after 2 pm, so we were concerned we may not be able to get the furniture delivered the following day. The manager overheard us and stepped in to help. We were so pleased with the turn time. The delivery guys showed up at the time promised. They were able to take the old furniture away that my friend didn't want. They were very friendly and I know the old furniture they moved out really gave them a run for their money. The old couch was bigger and hard to get out of the doorway. I'm not sure how long they are running the sale. When we went on Friday, it was a buy one get one free sale. Great deals, great value on big brands, friendly service, big selection, fast processing, and on-time quick delivery. What more could you ask for?

They delivered my furniture in a timely manner. My experience with them is the best I have had with any furniture company. Their customer services is exceptional the best I have ever had with any company! Their sales team are great! They patiently assist me until I choose exactly what I wanted even reaching out to the manufacturer to help me get exactly the colors I liked. All the furnitures I have bought from them was delivered and set up great and are all solid furniture, never had any issues with any of them.

I contacted Star Fine Furniture for service on a recliner. It took 2 weeks to have service come and look at it. Decided it was the motor, but had to order it. Waited 3 weeks and didn’t hear from them. Called, told it was on back order, but it just became available. They ordered it, finally got a tracking number. It has been more than 5 weeks and it came in yesterday. I called to see if they have to install or can I have someone else do it. They said I could wait until Friday and it would only cost &190 in labor’ my handyman fixed it in 5 minutes and charged me nothing. No one ever told me there was a charge. The chair has limited lifetime warranty. Explain what that limit is please.

Store Specialist Stephen and Store Mgr Justin got us good deals for quality furniture. Owner checked on us as well. Went back and bought more. I highly recommend and ask for Stephen.

The team at this store is very friendly and helpful, and we truly appreciated their customer service. However, if you’re considering ordering anything from Palliser, think twice. We placed an order for a sectional in July, and it took three months before we were told that the selected fabric was unavailable. After reselecting the fabric and waiting another three weeks, we were informed that delivery wouldn’t happen until January The delays and lack of communication from Palliser were unacceptable. We also had to pay extra to hold other furniture pieces because of these delays. The entire experience was frustrating and poorly managed. The store itself is great, but the way Palliser handles orders and communication has been extremely disappointing.
