View on GoogleMy daughter, 3 year old grandson and I entered your store around 11a Black Friday. I was shopping for a mattress. I tested several mattresses and waited for a sales person to offer assistance. NOT ONE person came to help us. My daughter wandered thru the store and found 4 people sitting around talking. She said, Hello, how are you?" NOT ONE person asked if she needed help. We left!!! THE WORST service I have ever received! I have purchased items from you in the past but never again. BTW, I did purchase a mattress and adjustable frame from your competitor in Mt Vernon. I can't even give you 1 star b/c you didn't even earn that. I guess I have to give you 1 star for my review to be posted. So disappointing!
View on GoogleOutrageous prices on everything. A small end table for the bedroom was nearly $700. The end table wasn't anything special but outrageously priced. Got the exact same end table online for $119.00 with shipping included. A power recliner was being sold for nearly $1,300. Same exact chair sells for $750. at Weekends Only. If you want to throw your money away, shop Steffy.
View on GoogleSteffys has come through for us. My husband's electric chair was under 6 months old and started having several issues. I called on Friday pm..They came out on Monday took the chair..fixed it so he could sit in it on Tuesday...he also ordered a part for it just in case it breaks again...GREAT SERVICE....Thank you Steffys has come through for us again. My husband's chair broke again. They were willing to replace it with another chair but did not have any. They not only offered to let us use a smaller chair until we could find another they gave us all of our money back so we could purchase one somewhere else that had one. YOU CAN'T GET BETTER THAN THAT! I LOVE this place! When we need more furniture we will certainly come here. !
