Sterling Mattress factory

My wife and I just had a marvelous buying experience with Shawn W. of Sterling Mattress Factory in Herrin, Illinois. She was very knowledgeable of all the mattresses on the showroom floor. All salespersons know: if a customer walks into there business, most of the time the customer is wanting to buy but there was no pressure to buy from Shawn. We believe their mattresses to be of similar or better quality when compared to other mattress retailers in the area, and they are manufactured on-site--which cut costs, and helps to avoid supply chains issues. I just bought a new queen size adjustable bed. I am so happy with it. From the sale to the delivery they were so helpful. They explained everything to me and helped me decide which one was best for me. I am so glad I went to Sterling Mattress.

I have purchased 5 mattresses from Sterling Mattress Company over the years. Excellent quality!! Friendly helpful staff from the store staff to the delivery staff! I save my receipt for my favorite kind of mattress and have called to order a new one without any difficulties at all! I highly recommend Sterling Mattress Company! 😊

Shawn Wilson was very helpful, Kind, & Honest. Made the whole process a breeze with no worries of stress! 10/10 recommend! BEST and EASIEST purchase I’ve made this year! Thank you!

Fantastic customer service, Mike listened to what we needed and what we wanted. We wanted a customization done to the mattress, there was no problem in doing it. The mattress was delivered in a timely fashion and the delivery guys were here when they said they would be. They set up and hauled off the old mattress in no time. I can not believe the difference this mattress has made in my life. This mattress is the first time in 20 years I have not had to use a topper. In 20 years I have had 3 new mattresses and with everyone of them I have had to use a topper because of pressure points. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my back in 2003. In 2006 a wreck amplified my back issues. I have suffered from sciatica since 2007, I was diagnosed with fibro in 2019, the same time I was have major back issues from a move. I no longer wake up with severe hip pain, back pain upon waking up is way down. You can see and feel the quality in this mattress. I highly recommend Sterling Matress Factory.. I blocked out the name on the old mattress, it was new in 2019. You can see the break down of the old mattress. This was not a cheap mattress far as cost but there was no quality.
