We purchased our first softside dual waterbed in 2014 and still have it! We love STL Waterbed store. They are professional, always there to assist. We had a terrible situation with another retailer which caused us to be w/o our bed for 4 days. I Doug immediately and he got us back in business with the appropriate frame and foundation, he delivered, set-up on the same day of our purchase! They are my go to for all my waterbed supplies and accessories! Will not shop anywhere else! Extremely satisfied customer! Thank you Doug for all you have done in this business.
View on GoogleWe purchased our mattress from this store about five years ago, and it has held up beautifully. It’s still comfortable, supportive, and shows no signs of sagging. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to help us find the right fit without pressure. Looking back, it was absolutely worth the investment. We would definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mattress. I recently went back asking about a bed frame I was looking at on marketplace to make sure it would work with our mattress and box springs. They went over and above to help us find a solution that would work for us. Customer service is top notch and small business is the way to go once again! Love STL Beds!
View on GoogleMy old mattress was not giving me the support I needed for my back. I started looking into different mattresses and decided to check out Stl Beds. They have a variety of selections. On my first visit, I dealt with Michael. Very helpful, knowledgeable. I went back and then dealt with Doug. I was impressed when a lady came in and needed a pump for her waterbed. Doug offered a pump he had, instead of her having to buy one, ( she put a deposit down and had to return it). The lady was thrilled. A great way to do business. Needless to say, I had my concerns about buying an expensive mattress, because of past mattresses bought. Doug is very knowledgeable about mattresses and listened to all my concerns. I did buy a Posh and Lavish mattress and am happy with it. Michael delivered and set it up. Both Michael and Doug have been a pleasure to deal with, very personable and knowledgeable and care about their customers and business. I would highly recommend them for your sleep needs.

After placing my order I promptly received a call from an employee at STL Beds verifying my needs and measurements. It was shipped out the very next day and received just 2 days later. The customer service is crazy good and I appreciate them!
