Jeff is simply amazing. After years of hand me down mattresses we decided that it was time for the "adult" bed purchase! The Backstore has several different choices which really help to hone in what some good options are to consider- foam, latex, coils, hybrids. Jeff is an endless well of knowledge and not once didn’t have an answer that satisfied ny curiosities or concerns. He really just wants you to get a good quality product for good quality sleep. There were no shady sales tactics or pressured strategies here, just a place to really take your time to make a decision that felt right for you- and that was so important and special, especially walking into a mall! I could say so many more great things about Jeff, but if you are this far into this review then I just gently nudge you to go see what's there, take a breath and know you'll be guided by both knowledge and care throughout the process. I once bought this pillow for the first time at my favorite massage place (Thainamic) in San Diego. I trust(ed) the owner so I also trusted anything he sold or recommended. I’m so glad I did! I got the best sleep I’d ever had using it, up until 2022, when someone else’s dog got a hold of it and chewed it to pieces while I was away.😞 I wasn’t sure how to find the pillow again since I’m no longer local to San Diego. After quite a bit of spontaneous searching for it, I gave up temporarily and tried various other pillows. I struggle badly with insomnia, neck and back pain and couldn’t seem to find a comparable product anywhere on the market. I was on Facebook one day a few months ago and a friend asked for recommendations on pillows. I wished so badly I could figure out what pillow I’d had…so I decided to look again! This time it came up so easily! I actually found the name of the pillow and the website! I was so excited that not only did I recommend to my friend, but I also bought one. It has been, yet again, helping me achieve restful, painless sleep. I just got my man one as a gift this past week and he loves it also! We will be buying more for our guest room as well. I love these pillows so much. Thank you for making such a wonderful product!

Quick shipping I bought this peanut pillow because my whole spine is fractured, Vertebrae crushed, T8 crushed. I am a very very tiny person, and y’all‘s peanut pillow is just perfect for me I also had to purchase not from y’all 3 Lumbar Spinal Pillows & I Must wear a Custom Made Brace. I have y’all saved in my Google account and other places on my iPhone/iPad and will most likely be doing business with y’all again. I love this store so much husband and I where buying a Sealy highpoint and was going to to with mattress firm because I get PerkSpot discounts with them but The back store beat that by a long shot with a whopping $900 off!! They made the mattress affordable for us and with a slight up charge where able to have it delivered over 4 hours away where we live, at first I was skeptical because of how low the price was, but then the bed came (a week faster than estimated) and we are so happy and had the best night sleep ever !!

The sales associate today was incredible. The reviews for this place really proved to be true! She helped me to better identify the perfect pillow for my neck and was supportive and not pushy like most places these days. She really had a good understanding of the back structural factors and cared that I would have the best pillow for my necks specific issues. I would definitely recommend to a friend
