Casper - St. Louis Galleria

I recently visited the Galleria in search of a new bedroom set and something not only supportive but comfortable. I was greeted by TKay and she not only listened to all of my issues surrounding back pains and waking up hot she also recommended great products for me to try not to mention that the individual houses made my experience more personal like I was actually home trying my bed out instead of feeling like I’m in a huge warehouse house. By the end of my visit with TKay she was able to get me in a whole new bed room set including, the Snow Max Mattress, Hybrid cooling pillow, Original cooling pillow, hyper lite sheet set and a mattress protector for an unbelievably reasonable bundle price. The entire team was very welcoming and informative and I left out of Casper feeling like I got the best deal of a lifetime!

After doing much research and shopping we decided to visit the Casper store at the Galleria. After trying out the Casper Snow mattress and talking to the sales person Tkay Mallet we purchased a mattress and adjustable base. She was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed how up front TKay was on all of our questions about total cost and financing options! Mattress will be delivered soon and I will update after I’ve had a few nights sleep on it! But if it’s anything close to what I laid on at the store we should be happy :)

The best experience mattress shopping ever!! I don’t usually like mattress shopping but this was a wonderful experience. Daryl took the time to explain the differences in each mattress and was not high pressure sales like at other mattress stores. I like that different rooms are set up like bedrooms so it feels like you’re in a bedroom taking a nap and it gives you some privacy. Even the delivery service that Casper set us up with to deliver and setup the adjustable base and mattress was a great experience, very professional and did a great job.

Fantastic experience! I had never considered shopping for a mattress in a mall before. Matt and the team made it very easy and comfortable. All their mattresses felt great and Matt took the time to really help us understand the differences so we could decide with confidence. The showroom is really nice with separate rooms so you feel at ease laying down with some privacy. Their service and products are amazing. We got a new matress and pillows, 10 Stars and 100% would recommend!

Sales associate Daryl Vaughan was welcoming, knowledgeable, and very helpful. With his help I found the right model for my application and the plentiful samples to nap on in order to decide.
