When my wife started having serious back pain, I reached out to Alex about getting a better mattress. He welcomed us in with open arms and actually listened to what we needed. Alex didn’t rush us or push anything. He walked us through different options, explained the differences, and recommended three solid choices based on our needs. He told us to lay down, not just sit, so we could really feel the support. That alone showed he cares about getting you the right mattress, not just making a sale.
