Amazing selection … unique beautiful pieces! Rome was so helpful. The best furniture store I have been to in northern Utah by far. The showroom is huge. They have something for everyone … sectionals, sofas, bed frames not to mention the exquisite accent pieces and sideboards. You will not be disappointed! This is my new favorite furniture store hands down.
View on GoogleMy husband and I were shopping for a new couch to accommodate our big family of humans and animals. I had driven past Nest before but had never gone in. The moment we walked through the doors, it felt warm, cozy, and inviting. From the layout of the showroom to the people working there, it was exactly the kind of experience you hope for when shopping for your home. Rome greeted us and took the time to ask and find what exactly what we were looking for. He walked us through the entire store and showed us a wide range of options. There was no shortage of styles, colors, or configurations. We found a piece we loved and let him know we wanted to visit a few other stores just to be sure. There was no pressure from him at all. We decided to stop at Ashley before making a final decision. The experience could not have been more different. The showroom floor felt cold and uninviting. The associate walked up, handed us a paper, and said, “Here’s your don’t talk to me paper. Let me know if you need anything,” and then walked away. He never asked what we were looking for or engaged with us at all. Within five minutes, we were back in the truck driving straight to Nest to find Rome. Rome was professional, funny, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right fit. He worked within our budget and got us exactly what we were looking for. In the end, we chose a showroom model that was cleaned and delivered directly to our living room within just a couple of hours. That final touch meant we were able to start the weekend exactly how we wanted, settled in and watching movies together as a family. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and I love that the pieces can be customized in different shapes and fabrics. Overall, it was genuinely a wonderful experience. Nest absolutely earned our business. Oh, and it’s kids and dogs approved.
View on GoogleSo disappointed to say the least. I’ve purchased a few pieces from them with not a problem however our last purchase was for an outdoor bench for our dining table. It was described as concrete bench which we paid $800. After only 6 months it has cracked, chipped and peeling. I stored it under a covered porch and kept it out of rain. I emailed and called a few times with no response at all. Do better, Nest! This will be the last time I ever buy from you.
View on GoogleThis place has a lot of furniture. And when you think you've seen it all... They have a basement with more!! Staff knows their stuff. Reasonable prices with lots of options.
