Fantastic service, great prices. So, so much better than dealing with a big box store. We can't recommend highly enough. We had an issue with our raise bed, and they brought a new replacement without even coming to check it out.

Just bought a mattress and adjustable frame from them. The staff was very patient with me. I think I came back at least 4 times. When the guy came to deliver my bed they were very pleasant and did a great job. Also to my surprise the first salesman I talk to was also delivering my Bed.This is my third bed I have purchased from them. Great people to work with!

Dan and the rest of the staff were awesome to work with. The sales people are not pushy, and did a great job walking through all the different options. The mattresses being flippable was a huge bonus to us, along with knowing the mattresses are made right at their shop in Appleton.

Everything about working with this business was a pleasure. We were in search of custom made mattresses for our camper that required curved edges on one of the corners. We we able to test the different mattresses to make a firmness choice and the end product was spectacular. The quality of workmanship, stitching detail and timeliness of delivery far surpassed our expectations. We’re sleeping so comfortably now! Thank you Sleep Shop.
