We had the pleasure of having Kristy spend several hours with us explaining and suggesting the correct beds that we were looking for. We have to say that she is the most knowledgeable mattress salesperson we have ever dealt with in our quest to find our perfect match. She is quick to answer any questions or if she did not know the correct answer, she immediately found the information we requested. We do believe we finally found the correct mattress and won't be needing her services again. That being said, we will definitely be directing anyone we encounter needing a high-quality bedding we will be sending them to her. Mike & Joanne

Marc was patient with me, took the time to explain the technology, evolution and features of multiple mattresses. I was able to come back the next day with my family and we were able to focus on a few different choices that he explained to me the day before. It was easy for us to find the prefect mattress for my mom and myself. I'm thrilled that they can package and ship my mattress to AK Air Cargo for delivery to Juneau. We're taking advantage of home delivery and removal of old mattress for mom as well, which is great so I don't have to organize anything for her from Juneau. Really appreciate all the knowledge and effort! Best of all, I can shop at an Alaskan-owned business for our needs.

Kristy Was Fantastic! I was searching everywhere for a king-size Purple DreamLayer pillow, and Ultimate Mattress was the only store that carried them though they didn’t have the size I wanted. Kristy went above and beyond by finding two standard-size pillows at another location and arranging the transfer for me. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful throughout. I’ll be ordering two king-size pillows directly from the Purple website, but I’m grateful Kristy helped me get started with the standard ones. I do wish Ultimate Mattress carried more of the DreamLayer line, especially in king size. Kristy made the experience great regardless highly recommend asking for her!

Mark did an amazing job helping my wife and me find the perfect mattress. As a business owner here in Anchorage, it’s hard to find time to rest, so getting quality sleep has been a game changer. Since purchasing our mattress this weekend, my wife and I have both been sleeping better than ever. Wow - this place is amazing. Kristy was so helpful as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. She directed me to the ones I wanted and was very knowledgeable - she answered all my questions and when I decided on a mattress she immediately checked to see if it was in stock and it was, then immediately scheduled the delivery day. The entire process was so smooth and easy! Thank you!
