Great people do deal with great customer service
View on GoogleTodd’s has a great selection of furniture & the staff is always friendly & incredibly helpful! We purchased from them a few times & love that we can pick up our pieces same day.
View on GoogleGreat overall experience. Delivery driver called in advance before they arrived. I purchased the extended warranty, but decided to cancel it (within the 30 day window) and they refunded my money with no hassle. not 5 stars because no free delivery was offered, like other stores within 50 miles.
View on GoogleBuy all my future here. They are great. I bought a bedroom suite and got home and the dresser was damaged. They sent another out the next day. Sounds reasonable right? No the going above and beyond was the fact that I picked up the furniture and didn't pay for delivery. And they were out of the smaller one and instead of making me wait for another one, they upgraded me to a larger size. They are great.
View on GoogleI just bought a recliner, mattress and box springs from Kathy at Todd's furniture. She was very helpful. I chose the wrong size box spring and though it was my fault when I brought it to their attention it was replaced the same day. Thank you, Todd's.
