Tom Busch Home Furnishings

Great quality couches and table set. Extremely happy with the whole experience! From all the time explaining what we needed and getting a good fit for our home and the purchase process, to the quick turn around for getting the couches in and wonderful white glove delivery service. Time from purchase to delivery was exactly 2 weeks when quoted 5-7 weeks possible. Highly recommend Tom Busch furnishings!

We were very impressed with Busch, and it will be our go-to furniture store from now on. We loved working with Nancy, and she made the process fun and no pressure. We got a sofa we love, and will return to Busch for any other furniture needs. A+++

Busch's has a great furniture selection and their floor examples helped us so much with our choices, both with furniture style and fabrics. We appreciate Andy and Nancy's customer service and knowledge, and how they make you comfortable to take the time you need with decisions. Nancy helped me work through overthinking with colors and styles, to help us choose what we need for our family as well as our guests. Andy (and his delivery partner) were awesome with setup and cleanup, as well as placement of each piece. Overall fantastic experience! Our furniture has been here for 2 weeks now, and we are very happy as we settle in and decorate around it!

I had a wonderful experience at this furniture shop. The store had a large selection of furniture items, all neatly displayed and easy to compare. The staff were very supportive and helped me choose a comfortable sofa set that fits my home perfectly. The build quality is excellent, and the finishing looks premium. Delivery was on time, and the installation team handled everything carefully. Overall, I’m very happy with the service.

I recently purchased a Flexsteel Aria sectional from Busch Furniture, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Nancy and Andy were absolutely amazing—warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. They made us feel completely welcome, helped us find the perfect piece, and ensured everything went smoothly through delivery and setup. The sectional is incredibly comfortable and high-quality, just as promised. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Busch Furniture has earned a lifelong customer—I’ll definitely be back for all my future furniture needs. Highly recommend!
