After an order from a catalog vendor (for which I'd waited 4½ months to arrive) was botched & cancelled, I found a beautiful platform bed frame, 2 bedside tables + 2 lamps IN STOCK @ Top Notch while on vacation in Sun Valley. The team @ Top Notch assured me they could make the delivery from Sun Valley to my home in Seattle in a matter of weeks. Sure enough, within 3 weeks I had my entire bedroom furnished, with NO charge (for the transport from Ketchum to Seattle), and just a minimal fee for delivery from their Seattle warehouse + white glove set up. I received regular updates during the transport of the goods & was thrilled with the quality of the new furniture

Approximately four months ago, I purchased two beautiful pillows at Top Notch while I was in Ketchum, I like them so much. I called the store the next week and ask them to order me another 22 inch pillow. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to have the Pillows made, so I waited two months finally, the Pillows arrived and the Pillow was 3 inches small, smaller than the one that I ordered, the manager, said she lives in Twin Falls and that she would simply bring it with her when she comes home to Twin Falls, which is where I live, and we could simply do an exchange. I thought that would be great, well six weeks had gone by and I’ve texted her just about every week and there has been no pillow exchange as I’ve never been notified that she has my pillow. Finally, I got frustrated after 3 1/2 months I paid $29.57 at the FedEx store. I shipped the pillow back to Top Notch at my expense and ask them to simply refund my credit card for $247.20 which I thought was only fair now they had the pillow and simple all they had to do is refund my credit card, after several weeks and texting her at least 4-5 times reminding her to please refund my credit card, they never refunded my credit card so now they had their pillow they had my money for going on four months today I had to contact. Visa asked them to dispute the charges and I was forced to have them refund my money. Overall, I can’t see where I’ll ever do business with Top Notch again. Their customer service is terrible. They’re follow up is terrible. The quality assurance is terrible. I can’t believe they shipped me the wrong size pillow without even checking. Very disappointing. It was the store that I visited every time. I went up to Ketchum now. I won’t waste my time cause I can’t imagine wanting to go through this again, I just ordered a $15,000 dining room table. I had talked to them about it. I purchased it from another company and I am so glad that I didn’t make the purchase through Top Notch as I can only imagine the fiasco that would have ensued if I would’ve had them commission a custom hand made table to be made for me. I guess if you live in Ketchum and it’s convenient that’s OK, but for me it’s a 3 1/2 hour drive up and back

Top Notch changed locations and now has a beautiful showroom with drool worthy furniture and accessories, including bedding. Their inventory is a big step up from what they carried in the past. I wanted everything I saw! And Mimi and Heather could not have been more helpful in helping me to redo and refresh some of my rooms. The best furniture and bedding by far in the Valley! And great customer service too. It's quite literally Top Notch! Ten stars!!

Looking around my home, I see so many wonderful furnishings from Topnotch. I love shopping there and receiving the excellent advice of the staff. My sofa, leather chair, pillows, bedding and more pillows, carpets, and even a clock are Topnotch - all very high quality. And did I mention that I live in Portland, Oregon? Buy at Topnotch no matter where you live! It really is a wonderful store.
